Navigating procurement requirements can be a complicated process, with a growing number of regulations to adhere to; and uncertainty over what form of legal agreement or process to use. This session provides guidance to help local councils through this process. It enables participants to implement effective procurement; - including when and how to go to tender. It also outlines how to develop simple legal contracts and robust written-agreements.

For anyone who wants a better understanding of the procurement process, particularly those councils who have a project coming up and need to understand the procurement process from start to finish.
