Resolutions for the AGM Agenda

Should your council have a policy matter of concern that HALC are able to support you with, please submit the resolution, in writing, for the attention of our Chief Executive either by email to comms@hampshirealc.org.uk, or postal address:

Resolutions received after 5pm, Wednesday 4th October 2023 will not be considered. 

Only those policy matters that HALC have both influence and interest upon shall be accepted. An acknowledgement to your written resolution will be made within 5 working days from receipt of your submission. If you do not hear within this time frame, please assume your resolution has not been received and contact us directly to arrange resubmission.

Please note that outside of the AGM submission period, any member council may submit a resolution for HALC’s consideration via their local District Association (DA). Contact details of your local DA can be found here.
