West Tytherley, Frenchmoor and Buckholt PC is a small council, with an annual precept of £15,500. The council has a recreation ground with a pavilion and a play area. There are no allotments. The village hall is owned and managed separately from the council, but we have good relations with the village hall committee. We have an adopted Neighbourhood Plan, jointly with West Dean Parish. The opportunity to split into two roles: Clerk and Financial Officer can be considered.
